The highlight is our homemade delicacies: the finest Alpbach bacon, which has been gently matured in beech smoke for weeks, as well as fruity jams and sophisticated chutneys, which are prepared with love and care. These delicacies reflect the taste and tradition of the Tyrolean Alps and make your stay a real pleasure.

In the Natural Deluxe Apartments, culinary arts are a matter of the heart. With a great passion for high-quality ingredients and a deep connection to Tyrol, dishes are created that not only taste good, but also tell stories - about nature, people and the care with which the ingredients are produced.
Regionality and sustainability are always the focus. The ingredients come exclusively from organic farming and are sourced from local producers who work with the same dedication. Be it the juicy meat from the Zillertal farm, the fresh cheese from the Alpbach area or the herbs from our own garden - only the best ends up on the table here.
Each dish is the result of a special combination of craftsmanship, intuition and attention to detail. No recipe is cooked rigidly according to specifications - rather, the dishes are created from an inspiration that is based on the aromas and freshness of the ingredients.
